Terra Alta is a region rich in culinary traditions. In our inn you can taste simple, local and Mediterranean cuisine, made with natural products from the land. You will be able to taste all kinds of simple dishes, but very complete and balanced for the palate. The kings of the table are the stews, with game meat, like wild boar, we cook it in “Civet” or make at home some meatballs, wild boar, of course, with an original suquet of clams and cuttlefish. This and other game meats were for many years the basis of subsistence in the mountains and today have been transformed into a real culinary treasure. Not to mention the native animals, raised in nature, such as lamb, goat or poultry.
