We invite you to get out of the routine, be in touch with nature, learn about the benefits of practicing Yoga and learn techniques and tools for your personal growth. The idea is to be able to connect with our essence and know our interior, discover new states of being, touch, feel and feel nature so essential. Yoga is a restorative, energetic, relaxing and healing experience. It is a practice that requires body awareness, flexibility, coordination, strength and, above all, a mind that stays calm and balanced.
LEARN AND LIVE THE PRINCIPLES OF YOGA
You have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Yoga beyond asana. Do a process from the outside in. Get to know the “less is more” up close. Immerse ourselves in breathing and in the disidentification of thoughts as the source of all internal change; beginning of all external result. Work in groups to make the invisible, intangible and inexplicable visible, palpable and explainable. Living myself in my circumstances, to get closer to my most natural state.
