Taste the Terra Alta

In the butchers and restaurants of Horta we can find meats of high quality km 0, coming from the cattle ranches of the town that have been fed of natural and ecological form to the pastures of fields and mountains of the term. You should try the battered goat, the wild boar civet or the “crestó" (Hotel Miralles), a typical dish recently recovered based on white goat, which is served stewed with pickle and herbs.
